01Use of Information

We rely on non-identifying diagnostic data purely to maintain and improve Theimduft. It is never used to build a profile of you, serve ads, or transfer to third parties.

02Information We Collect

We designed Theimduft to respect your privacy. You are not required to create an account, and the App does not collect your name, contact details or GPS location. The only data involved is anonymous technical information Apple may process to deliver the App.

03Your Rights

You may have the right to ask what personal data we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. For Theimduft the answer is simple: we hold none. If you have questions, reach out and we will respond.

04Children’s Information

The App is intended for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly gather information from children; if you think this has happened, please get in touch so we can act.

05Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through Apple and may use Apple services, subject to Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy). Theimduft integrates no advertising, analytics, or tracking libraries.

06Retention and Security

Because Theimduft does not collect personal information from you, there is nothing personal for us to keep or store on any server. Diagnostic data managed by Apple is retained under Apple’s own safeguards.
